WHAT SEASON IS YOUR BUSINESS IN?

Understanding where you are in your business cycle can add tremendous clarity to your business objectives and propel your businesses forward faster.

In conversations, I find more often than not, people don't have a clue. So here they are.

S1. Visibility Season - Breaking out of obscurity informing the world you exist.

S2. Building Engagement (Rapport) - Now the world knows you exist, building rapport by sharing your specialized knowledge, what problems you solve, or how you can help potential clients get to their desired outcome.

S3. Generate Leads - Is a natural progression from Seasons 2. Having built rapport with new prospects it's time move them to close.

S4. Make a Sale - Close prospects.
