HOW TO GET RID OF HEADACHES WHILE RUNNING

 

It’s very important to continue to Eat Well and Stay Hydrated the night before. Before actually running make sure you have a complex carb with sugars, You may also want to eat a piece of fruit or a snack before or during exercise to prevent a sudden drop in blood sugar.

Continue to hit the water fountain during and after your workout to replenish fluids lost to sweat. I also recommend investing in some electrolytes to drink while running. Choose wisely and avoid snacks that could trigger headaches like white sugars. That may cause you to crash while running.
