Proper way to eat your daily lunch should look solid during the Weight Loss Program... 50% Fruits and/or Veggies 15% Grains (Whole Wheat, Brown Rice, Wild Rice, Rye, Oats) and 35 % Protein (Tuna, Fish, Chicken, Salmon, Turkey, eggs(Boiled) and Peanut
