HOW TO PREPARE FOR SUPER BOWL SUNDAY

Superbowl Sunday is around the corner.

 

First of All, Who are YOU rooting for? The 49ers or the Chiefs? 

 

Staying healthy on special ocassions (birthdays, holidays, vacations, Superbowl Sunday, ...) is important! We like to remind our bodies that we care about them all year-round.

 

🏈Workout in the morning. If you want to book a training session, let your trainer know.

 

🏈Eat breakfast before you head out to your party. Eating healthy, satisfying foods will help you snack and drink less than if you were hungry at your friend's house. Goal= 30 grams of protein in the morning!

 

 

🏈If you feel like you can't stop snacking while watching the game, chew some peppermint gum. Peppermint has appetite suppressing ingredients and it will keep your  mouth moving without the extra calories. 

 

 

🏈Bring your own food. How about a healthier dip or a vegetable platter? Bringing your own snacks to a party is common and it will help remind you of your goals.

 

 

🏈If you're drinking on Sunday, drink a glass of water in between every alcoholic beverage. You'll be thankful you did when you're sitting through your Monday Morning meeting not hungover
